“Rancho Tres Marías” is a family owned private ranch with over 20+ years of experience of bringing the best hunting services Mexico can offer. The land is located in the northern Region of Mexico and lower part the Sonora State, just where the desert meets the tropical rain forest, at the foothills of the Sierra Madre.
The terrain consists of 11,000 Acres (4500 Has.) of rolling hills and deep forest available for hunting. The land is rich on native free Range White Tail Coues Deer, Desert Mule Deer and Big Horn Desert Sheep, but if the mood hits for something different the ranch is also prepared with 1,700 acres (700 has) of hunting preserve, stocked with numerous exotic species from around the globe. Our colonial style hunting lodge is fully equipped and staffed to make sure you fully enjoy your leisure time while awaiting your next Hunt. Our Delicious Mexican cuisine and warm hospitality will also be an experience to remember us by.
On the Ranch we have a comfortable colonial brick type hunting lodge fully equipped with six bedrooms and modern amenities. Accommodations are limited to two couples and two hunters or five individual hunters at the same time.
Our colonial Style Patio is also a comfortable place to relax. Suround yoursef with nature while enjoying a beverage or snacks at our beautiful kiosk and fountain. You Will feel in right in the heart of Mexican Ranching culture.
Superb is the only way to describe our meals. Plenty of food combined with a varied menu of International and Mexican cuisine, prepared by our professional cook is hard to beat. Beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks can be comsumed troughout your stay as pleased.
We welcome wives and companions to join the hunts or enjoy a visit to famous Álamos, an historical town, only fifteen minutes away by vehicle from the ranch founded in 1613 by the Spaniards, Alamos is a Mecca for artist and historians. Regional snacks and souvenirs can be enjoyed at the town as well as purchased guided tours through some of the city’s beautiful sites

At Tres Marias Game Ranch, heavy foliage and semi rough terrain rich with natives and exotics will present a worthy challenge to any hunter. All terrain vehicles with towers, 18-foot high stands, and the services of profesional guides Will be available during your Hunt.
Your arrival by plane will be to either Cd. Obregón, Sonora Mexico (CEN) or Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico (HMO) international airport (commercial flights are available). An English and Spanish Speaking representative will pick you up for a three and half hour drive to the ranch on a paved highway from Hermosillo or a one hour drive from Cd. Obregón.
The city of Alamos has a 3900 foot paved landing strip for private planes, which is only a fifteen minute drive to the ranch. Either way you choose to travel, we will be glad to help you plan your trip.
To secure hunting dates a deposit of 50% of the hunt is required for natives species. For exotics a deposit of $ 500 USD is required. Upon completion of the hunt, the balance must be paid in cash or travellers cheques.
Coues deer and Desert Mule deer package hunts are six full hunting days and seven nights.

Exotic hunts cost is composed of the trophy fee of each animal taken and the daily guide fee. Two days guiding is suggested for first specie and one day for each additional one on a multi-specie hunt.
